Text Box: Calling all adults….men and women Rally Sunday is Sept 12th, and High Five begins again on Sept. 15th. We had a wonderful group of 70-80 children that were involved in our Christian Education program last year and we hope to have many more this year. We are in need of 25 men or women to be helpers, teachers and substitute teachers this year. Don’t be afraid, You can do this! We have a wonderful curriculum that has complete lessons for you to follow step by step. There will also be a training class on Sept 1st , so don’t worry if you’ve never taught before. We can also put you in classes as a helper with an experienced teacher until you feel comfortable. For those who would like to volunteer but don’t feel comfortable teaching, we need you too! Volunteers are needed to prepare, serve and clean up after our meal which is served from 5:30—5:50. We are all called to be disciples and there is no better place to start than in your own congregation with the children we have promised to bring up in the ways of the church. Our plan is to have enough volunteers that we could rotate teachers if you are unable to commit to the entire year. So please pray about it and let the church office know if you are interested.
